If so, we want you to be our Shopify Agency Account Manager, orchestrating excellence and propelling our clients to new heights in the world of online retail.
What are we recruiting for?
We're on the hunt for a talented Account Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about all things e-commerce, DTC brands, and technology
If you've got a proven track record of growing client portfolios and love collaborating with Product, Solutions, Design, and Development teams, this is the role for you!
What will you be doing?
- Uncover and upsell new opportunities to boost client base value.
- Forge strong relationships with E-Commerce teams, marketing departments, and CEOs.
- Provide strategic e-commerce consultancy and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across the agency.
- Showcase monthly successes to clients, highlighting clear ROI.
- Conduct quarterly business and industry reviews with clients
What will you bring to the party?
- 3+ years of client-facing experience, especially in a digital agency.
- Strong strategic e-commerce experience, including Shopify.
- Impressive commercial acumen and a history of client portfolio growth.
- Ready to make a significant impact in a small but growing company.
- Familiarity with working in an agency environment.
- CRO experience and the ability to turn data into actionable projects.
- A flair for juggling major project commitments with ease.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
