Lift, part of the Moot Group, is expanding, and we're looking for multiple Senior Account Managers to join our dynamic team across the globe. What will you be doing?
- Lead Digital Campaigns: Set up cutting-edge digital campaigns for our diverse range of clients in the iGaming and programmatic advertising sectors.
- Client Management: Ensure new clients are onboarded effectively and relationships are maintained with existing clients.
- Creative Excellence: Test and optimise all digital creatives provided by clients and agencies before launching high-impact campaigns.
- Insightful Reporting: Deliver regular, detailed campaign performance reports to our account management team, providing actionable insights.
- Performance Optimisation: Monitor and enhance underperforming campaigns with weekly reports, ensuring optimal delivery and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our ad ops and sales teams to refine our offerings, always keeping a customer-focused approach with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks for both pre and post-campaign setups, ensuring flawless ad display.
- Strategic Implementation: Execute targeted strategies, bid optimisations, and creative testing to boost campaign performance, achieving KPIs and maximising ROI through diligent monitoring of delivery, pacing, and performance metrics.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Collaborate with advertisers and internal teams to resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and integration with third-party platforms, managing relationships with internal stakeholders, ad networks, publishers, and vendors on a global scale.
What will you bring to the party?
- Digital Campaign Expertise: Proven experience in setting up and managing digital campaigns in iGaming and programmatic advertising.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of DSP programmatic technology or PPC; experience with ad serving, tracking, and CRM software is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insightful reports, and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative Testing: Experience in testing and optimizing digital creatives for impactful launches.
- Communication Skills: Excellent phone, presentation, written, and listening skills for effective collaboration.
