Are you ready to make a global impact in the iGaming and programmatic advertising sectors? Lift, part of the Moot Group, is expanding, and we're looking for multiple Sales Manager/Business Development Executives to join our dynamic team across the globe.

What will you be doing?
- Execute Sales Campaigns: Conduct outbound call campaigns to prospective iGaming advertiser clients, educating them on our product and service offerings.
- Generate Meetings: Utilise targeted messaging and proven sales techniques to generate high-quality meetings for specific partners.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services to potential clients.
- Follow-Up and Nurture: Qualify and nurture inbound web, call, or email inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Close Deals: Negotiate and close deals, effectively handling any complaints or objections that arise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve superior results and meet sales targets.
- Pipeline Management: Manage ongoing sales pipeline, tracking customer-related interactions and documenting partnership opportunities in our CRM.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Expertise: Build a deep knowledge of our products, services, and competitors to become an industry expert.
- Solution-Selling Techniques: Continuously practice and enhance solution-selling techniques to better meet client needs.
What will you bring to the party?
- iGaming Background: Must have a proven track record in the iGaming industry—this is non-negotiable.
- Sales Expertise: Experience in selling programmatic or affiliate advertising.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of DSP programmatic technology or PPC; experience with ad serving, tracking, and CRM software such as Pipedrive.
- Communication Skills: Excellent phone, presentation, written, and listening skills for effective collaboration.
- Sales Funnels: Understand how to use technology to build and maintain sales processes to maximum effect
- Negotiation Techniques: Thorough understanding of negotiating strategies.
- Self-Motivation: Driven, results-oriented approach with a proactive mindset.
