This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Telesales to join the team at a time of rapid growth. As the business scales, we are looking for new doers, collaborators and innovators to help move our business forward!
What will you be doing?
- Be the go-to person for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Make buying a breeze by offering end-to-end support, from design ideas to after-sales care.
- Skillfully negotiate sales terms and product pricing with both clients and suppliers.
- Strategically manage to maximise profitability and consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Balance nurturing existing clients with exploring new business opportunities.
- Create impactful design documents, wish lists, and mood boards that leave a lasting impression.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM systems to ensure seamless operations and success tracking.
- Collaborate with the trade sales team to drive business growth, leveraging marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Support marketing initiatives and develop creative promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
What will you bring to the party?
- Demonstrated experience as a Sales Executive, Telesales, or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of selling to showrooms.
- Preferable experience in selling UPVC and aluminum windows.
- Strong commercial awareness and exceptional negotiation skills.
- Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
- Creative talent and imaginative design skills, particularly in interior design.
- An impressive portfolio of previous work, ideally accompanied by an existing client book.
