This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Client Success Manager to join at a time of rapid growth. As the business scales, we’re looking for new doers, collaborators and innovators to join in uniting the people and technology that move the world as the market leader in their space.
The individual will bring a wealth of agency or advertising knowledge to Lift
Your role is to support our initiative, we are looking for a proactive, and passionate individual to join the team and help take us to the next level and support our growth plans by being responsible for the clients and accounts happiness and health as well as onboarding new clients
What will you be doing?
- Collaborate closely with sales team to ensure accurate implementation expectations are established for programmatic advertising and DSP integration.
- Manage post sales relationships and oversee the onboarding process
- Identify growth opportunities with current clients
- Use data tools to optimise clients’ programmatic advertising capabilities
- Establish a pipeline of monitoring and communication for sustained client engagement
- Exceed revenue and deal volume targets by initiating new revenue-generating opportunities and initiatives
- Troubleshoot integration issues and conduct quality assurance on client integrations
What will you bring to the party?
- Previous experience as a Customer/Client Success Manager
- Ability to manage several projects at once
- Deep understanding of DSP programmatic technology or PPC
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills: phone, presentation, written and listening.
- Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
